Dive into Tayrona

Day 1. Santa Marta: Arrival in the city of Santa Marta, assistance at the Simón Bolívar International Airport, and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.

Day 2. Santa Marta – City Tour: Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, start of the tour, passing through the historic center and visiting the most representative attractions of the city, such as the Basílica Cathedral of Santa Marta, the oldest cathedral in Colombia, where the remains of the city’s founder, Rodrigo de Bastidas, are located. The tour will also include a visit to the Gold Museum or Customs House, the San Pedro Alejandrino Museum, a sugar mill building from the era where the Liberator Simón Bolívar spent his last days. Next, we will visit the statue in honor of the Colombian soccer player El Pibe Valderrama. Free time for taking photographs and then we will continue with a panoramic tour of Taganga. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 3. Santa Marta – Tayrona National Natural Park – Cabo San Juan del Guía: Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, assistance at the hotel and departure to the Tayrona National Natural Park, located 45 minutes from Santa Marta, a sanctuary of nature with fascinating biodiversity, beaches, and indigenous cultures. After passing through the Cañaveral sector, we will start our hike (approx. 1 hour) along the ecological trail until we reach the Arrecifes sector, with a short stop to admire the landscape and take photographs. We will continue to the beaches of Cabo San Juan del Guía with a hike (approx. 30 min) to enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea. Free time for lunch (Not included). The return will be on foot along the same trail to the main entrance of the park. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 4. Santa Marta – Next destination: Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to the Simón Bolívar International Airport to take a flight (Not included) to the next destination.
